Fixes requested by @jonathunne in PR #97.

Fixed the extra pipe formatting issue on line 616 in the ERC-4337 API reference.
Corrected the typo in the wallet-ton-gasless GitHub release link in the changelog.

Once this PR is merged into develop, PR #97 will inherit the fixes.
